Atlantic Pacific Processing Systems Executive

Leo Daboub Jr. is an established credit card and ACH processing executive who has held an executive role with Atlantic Pacific Processing Systems (APPS) for the past 10 years. Responsible for a full range of revenue-generating processes, forecasts, and initiatives, Leo Daboub Jr. works to ensure that solutions cost-effectively meet specific corporate needs. His scalable systems are designed around existing client operations and function seamlessly with domestic and international depository banking institutions.

From 2004 to 2012, Mr. Daboub held a senior vice president role with TransFirst Merchant Services, where he was tasked with establishing a government services division (GSD). Having signed and managed 14 municipalities initially, he rapidly grew the GSD footprint to more than 100 municipalities. Mr. Daboub began his career in the industry with Payment Resources International, a role in which he handled business development activities that encompassed bank relationships and major accounts.

Leo Daboub maintains extensive industry involvement that includes membership in professional organizations such as the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers and the Government Finance Officers Association.
